Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy


We will be more than happy to process your return.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please return the unused item, in the manufacturer's original packaging, to the address listed below.  Please include your return number (which will be given to you once you contact customer service) on the return label and within your package if possible.  If the packaging is sealed it is not necessary to open it to place the Return number inside.  Do not write on the manufacturing packaging.

For your protection, we recommend returning the item using a traceable method.  You will be responsible for shipping costs on unwanted items. 

All returns must be received in the following condition: 

1) Unwanted item(s) must be returned with original manufacturer documentation and packaging. 

2) Unwanted item(s) must have all manufacturer tags attached to item and intact.  

3) Unwanted item must be returned in new, unused resalable condition.  

4) Items that ship in the manufacturer’s original box must be sealed with clear tape and not be written on. 


Please note if your order was shipped in a brown shipping box or padded envelope we ask you ship your return back to our warehouse in a similar fashion.  

Returned items that are either  sent back without a return merchandise number, simply unwanted, refused  or not meeting the criteria stated above are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item.  Shipping and gift wrap charges will not be refunded.

Please note that the original payment method used to place the order will be refunded.  It can take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to show up on the original payment method after we receive the returned item(s) back.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order if returning due to buyer's remorse.

If an item is refused at time of delivery, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the cost of shipping for the item.



Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. However you can try contacting a forwarding company such as Bongo. They can help you in receiving your item in the US and then forwarding it to your home address. Please refer to their website  for all prices, delivery times and all the other questions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
